Do I have to do a lot of intense exercise to see results?
Unless you have advanced athletic performance or body composition goals, the answer is no. While I always encourage at least some form of purposeful physical activity (simply walking counts!), you can see results without any exercise at all.
Because my program is client-centered, any exercise program I design for you will always be:
1. Something you are ready, willing, and able to do.
2. Aligned with your level of experience, physical capabilities, and schedule.
Do I need a gym membership or exercise equipment?
While having a gym membership or exercise equipment makes things easier or more convenient, you can get phenomenal results with just your body. No matter what your situation is, I will help you develop an exercise plan that will make the most of whatever you have.
Will I have to count calories, track my macros, or log all of my meals?
Not unless you desire to, or you have advanced athletic performance or body composition goals. I will show you how you can control your calories and macros and get results without doing any math or using any tools. However, there may be times when I request a food log for a short time period in order to collect data for plan creation or optimization.
Can I really eat my favorite foods and still get results?
Absolutely! If I had to give up all of my favorite foods, I would have never experienced my own transformation. I will show you exactly how to improve your nutrition (and enjoy it), establish healthy eating habits, and get the results you want while leaving more than enough room for your favorite treats.
Do you have an app?
Yes. Direct messaging, no-meeting check-ins, resource sharing, and exercise programming will take place in the app (mobile and desktop). Any virtual support calls or fitness assessments will be conducted via ZOOM.
